General children policy:
Under 5 years old: Free of Charge, sharing room with parents
From 5 up to 9 years old: 50% of adult price (01 child sharing room with parents); 75% of adult price/ child (02 children in private room)

Cancellation policy:
For usual days
-  You are charged for 15%, 30% and 70% of your booking value if cancelling your order more than 7 days, 3-7 days and 48-24 hours prior to expected departure, respectively. Note: as for 4-star hotels and resorts, all cancellation shall bear 100%.
-  You are charged for 100% of your booking value if cancelling your order right on the date of departure.

For public days and New Year holiday
-  You are charged for 40%, 50% and 70% of your booking value if cancelling your order more than 7 days, 5-7 days and within 5 days prior to expected departure, respectively. In the event that you call off your order right on the date of departure or without notification, please pay 100% of booking value.
-  In the event that you wish to change your departure date and give us notice at least 7 days prior to expected departure, no amendment charge is applied (the rule comes true for accommodation of three-star hotel and lower rating one). If later, the case will be attributed to the above-mentioned rules. You are allowed to change your departure date one time only.
-  As for railway tickets and air tickets, the case is subject to provisions of airlines and railway firms.
-  After cancellation, please receive your refund within 1 month since your date of cancellation. We only refund you within the period of these 30 days.
- Additional expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoon, floods), flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, etc will be arranged upon agreement of both sides

Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi ( D)
Upon your arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you will have to make arrangements for the visa. There you will have to shower your invitation letter that we had sent to you, the application form for entry, the passport and 2 ID pictures (size 3x4). They will take your passport, stamp it and then you will have to pay $45 per person. And once the paperwork has been completed, our driver in Hanoi will be waiting, to welcome you and take you to the hotel where you are going to be staying. At the time of dinner, we will take you to a local restaurant for the welcoming dinner.Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi city full day  - Sapa ( B/L)
After that you have had your breakfast and have your batteries recharged, 08.00 am: our tour guide and driver pick you up from your hotel, we take you to visit Ho Chi Minh complex, including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of Vietnamese great father or Uncle Ho (Close from 7 Sept till 6 Nov 2012. And close on all Monday and Friday afternoons. We visit outside only during closed time), President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house – where Ho lived on and off from 1958 to 1969, then visit Ho Chi Minh’s museum where tourists will learn what he had done for Viet Nam and some other countries and a lot of information about President Ho Chi Minh. The next place is One Pillar Pagoda which is a group of structures consisting of a pagoda and a tower built in the middle of a square pond. Leave One Pillar Pagoda for the Temple of Literature the first college of Viet Nam dedicated to Confucian. Have lunch at local restaurant. 
After lunch, we drive to visit the Tran Quoc Pagoda, Which is on the shore of West Lake, the museum of ethnology. The last place of city tour is Hoan Kiem Lake (Restored Sword Lake), Ngoc Son Temple. End at your hotel in the afternoon.
Note: For Hanoi City tour, we will visit The Museum of Ethnology on Tues, Thurs, Sat and Sun. We will visit Bat Trang Ceramics Village instead of The Museum of Ethnology on Mons, Weds and Fri.
At the appointed time, we take you to the train station because tonight you will travel to Sapa. You will spend the night on the night train to Sapa traveling in a four-bed compartment. Overnight on train

Day 3: Laocai- Sapa –  Y Linh Ho - Laochai- Tavan – Sapa ( B/L/D)

Upon your arrival to Lao Cai, our correspondent there will be waiting to take you to the town of Sapa which is where the tour (Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van) begins. Today awaits you a 4 miles trek southwest of Sapa. From MuongHoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of the Black H'mong. We continue walking these trails and you head down to Lao Chai. We will walk through rice fields; visiting places where time seems to be stopped. You will arrive at the Ta Van village, home to the minority Dzay and have lunch in a local family’s home. After having another walk around Ta Van, you will be called to start preparing dinner with the local family, after another walk around Ta Van; we will take you back to Sapa in a jeep. Overnight in Sapa.

Day 4: Sapa - Catcat – Sin Chai  (B/L/D)

To end this Sapa tour, today we will visit Cat Cat village, here you will also get to see the Black H'mong. We will then arrive at a place where in the colonial times the French built a hydroelectric plant; it is a great place to have lunch, right next to the river falls. Afterward, we will head down to the Sin Chai village which lies at the foot of Fansipan. Enjoy a short tour before the jeep will come to take you back to Sapa and later we will come and take you to the train station where you will catch the train back to Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi - Halong (B/L/D)

You will arrive in Hanoi at 5:30 in the morning. We will pick you up at the station and take you to a hotel so you can rest, have breakfast, and shower, if you want to. 

After breakfast, at approximately 8:00am, the bus will be waiting for you to take you from Hanoi to Halong Bay (4hrs trip). You will get to visit Halong Bay and spend the night in a traditional Junk boat surrounded by the sheer beauty of this magical place. 

At around 13.00 h we will embark on a cruise with a warm welcoming. After lunch you will visit a fishing village called Cua Van and you can see how real fishermen and families really live there.  Towards evening time you will have the chance to go and explore Halong Bay by Kayak, enjoy a nice swim and have a 15-minutes foot massage or a cooking demonstration of the Vietnamese cuisine. Today you will also get to visit the Hang Trong cave. Dinner will be served at around 19.00h.Overnight on the Deluxe Dragon Cruise  

Day 6: Ha Long Bay - Hanoi – Hue   ( B/L)
Early risers can enjoy the sunset in Halong Bay. After breakfast there will be time to visit the 8th wonder of the world. You will pass through Dinh Huong Island and Ga Choi among others. You will visit Sung Sot cave too, and before returning back to Halong port you will be served a buffet lunch. At around 11:30 am you will be back in Halong and you will then take the bus back to the Vietnamese capital.
You will be back in the city at around 17:30pm, once back in Hanoi we can take you to our offices or your hotel. At the scheduled time we will take you to the airport for your flight to Hue. Upon your arrival, our partner in Hue will take you to your hotel.Overnight stay in Hue

Day 7: Hue City Tour  (B/L)
The picturesque and hilly Hue has a special place in the history of Vietnam. Selected capital of the Nguyen Dynasty (1802-1945), Hue takes us back to the old, the origin Vietnam. A place that has been keeping hundred years of architectural works including palaces and royal tombs of the Nguyen dynasty.

We will pick you up at your hotel around 7:30 am. We will begin with a visit to the tombs of Minh Mang and Khai Dinh. On this tour we've also included a visit to see and appreciate the Van An, a Vietnamese martial art. We pass through a small village where they specialized in the development of classic items like conical hats and incense made.

After our visit to the tomb of Tu Duc, a buffet lunch will be ready at your disposal. And after you have rested, the bus will take you to the Citadel. You will visit the Citadel of Hue, a World Cultural Heritage. It was built on the banks of the Perfume River, Western style combining so great with the citadel oriental architecture. It consists of three campuses: the defensive citadel, the Imperial Citadel and the Purple Forbidden City. You will visit Thien Mu pagoda, and to complete the tour of Hue awaits a boat ride on the Perfume River. At 5:00pm we begin to transfer you back to your hotel.Overnight stay in Hue

Day 8: Hue – Danang - Hoian (B) 
We will continue touring the country and be on our way to the South Vietnam, heading down to Hoi an. On the way we stop at the Hai Van Pass, Lang Co Beach and the Marble Mountains.
In the afternoon we will have time to stroll through the charming Hoi An. The architecture of Hoi An has no equal, with its low houses and wooden painted facades. Visit the Japanese Bridge, which according to local legend is indestructible. We enter the Pottery Museum, the amazing Tan Ky house (which was the first monument of historic interest) and the cantons temple.

Hoi An is a city where you can travel on your own, at ease. Thus, we haven’t included a guided tour, but if you’re interested, you can contact us and we will include one for you.

We will recommend you places for your dinner. Today you will be responsible for your own dinner. Overnight stay in Hoi An

Day 9: Hoian Free Day (B)
You have this day free in Hoi An to explore the city at your own pace, there are many things that you can find in the shops in the city. Hoi An is famous for its tailors and its shoemakers. Overnight stay in Hoi An.

Day 10: Hoian - Danang – Nha Trang  (B)
After that you have finished your breakfast at your hotel. Today we will fly to Nha Trang, normally pretty early because there are usually only two flights from Danang to Nha Trang, one is at 6:00 am and another at 10:10 am. 

We will be waiting at Nha Trang airport to escort you to your hotel; we leave you freely roaming in one of the most beautiful beach locations in Vietnam. 

For those looking for something a little less touristy, let’s say something that is authentic Vietnamese for lunch or dinner, just ask, we would be more than happy to recommend some excellent places. We have lived and spent time in Nha Trang so we can recommend places to go there. Although Nha Trang is a tourist destination, everything depends on you, how adventurous you are feeling, what you like doing, whether or not you want to get off the classic tourist routes, we are always here to help and give you new ideas. Overnight stay in Nha Trang

Day 11: Nhatrang and tour Island – Night train to Hochiminh (B/L)
After enjoying the excellent breakfast at the hotel and it’ll be time to take a boat and head onto the islands that surround Nha Trang for the day. You will get to visit the Tri Nguyen Aquarium, Mun Mot Island and Tam Island. You can enjoy your lunch on one of the islands, we will then head back to Nha Trang at around 17.00h, and you will have time to explore the bustling streets of Nha Trang. At the scheduled time we will take you to the train station to take the night train to Ho Chi Minh. Overnight stay on the night train in a four-bed compartment.

Day 12: Nhatrang – Hochiminh city (B)

On your arrival in Ho chi minh we will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel. You will have time for breakfast before starting the half day tour of Ho chi minh. To start the tour first we explore the former Saigon, we will see things such as the Reunification Palace and some French colonial style buildings such as the Cathedral of Notre Dame and the General post office building. Finally you will visit the war memorial museum. The tour ends around about lunch time (8.15 - 13.00h). We will recommend places to go for lunch and dinner. We have left the afternoon free for you to discover Saigon on your own, but if you prefer a full day tour of Ho Chi Minh that can be arranged with no problems. If you want to visit places by yourself outside of this tour, we recommend Chinatown and the Ben Thanh Market. For lovers of Vietnamese culture and pagodas: Thien Hau pagoda and Quan Am are very interesting, although one of the most interesting to visit is the Jade Emperor Pagoda.Overnight stay in Ho chi minh

Day 13: Hochiminh – Tay Ninh Temple (Cao Dai) – Cuchi Tunnel – Hochiminh City (B/L)

Places you will get to visit: The great temple of Cao Dai and the Cu Chi Tunnels. In the morning you will leave Saigon and you will head down to Tay Ninh, near the Cambodian border, you will get to see the Cao Dai religious daily ceremony. You will follow a path through the tunnels of Cu Chi, known as the "Iron Triangle". Cu Chi is one of the best examples of the ability to survive of the Vietnamese people and how they overcame their opposition in the Vietnam War. You will visit the tunnels and a museum where you can see some of the war remnants. We will spend the night in Ho Chi Minh. Overnight in Saigon
 
Day 14: Hochiminh city – My Tho – Ben Tre  (B/L)
Today we visit the Mekong Delta. From Ho Chi Minh awaits a journey of around two hours and a half to get to My Tho. There you will take a boat that will take you through the canals of the Mekong Delta. You will visit the fruit market in My Tho and Turtle Island. Lunch will be served in a quiet place in the Mekong Delta, surrounded by greenery and gardens. In Ben Tre you will also have a boat tour, get the chance to visit local families to get an idea of their daily lives, and after seeing Thoi Son we then head back to My Tho by boat. At around 15:00 there will be a car or bus that will take you back to Ho Chi Minh. Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh
 
Day 15: Hochiminh – Head back Your home (B )
At the scheduled time we will transfer you to the airport for you to take your flight back home. End of service

Upon receiving booking confirmation, we require a 30% deposit in order to guarantee the booking. The rest of the payment will be paid at least 2 weeks before the tour date.

In rare case, if we, Adventure Loop Asia, cancel the tour, 100% of the deposit and payment will be refunded. If you, the client, cancel the reservation, below cancellation fee is applied:

Our Liabilities
Clients who join our trips have to go through below our liabilities and will be asked to sign the form of understanding our liabilities upon arrival.

We are not responsible for any baggage or property lost during the tour with us. We advise that, do not wear jewels while walking or cycling on the street. Keep your camera in your backpack. Do not hold it while cycling.

ADVENTURE LOOP ASIA  do not held responsible for any accident, injury or dead during trip conduction with us. Clients who joins the trip with us, understand that they are willing to join the trip by themselves and at their own risk. We will brief the safety and the road condition before tour start. Ensure to follow our guideline, be ware of the hazard. It is safe now to do trekking in Cambodia following our outlined itinerary and our trekking guide.

If you, the client refuse to wear the helmet provided by ADVENTURE LOOP, you will be responsible for any head injury. We ensure the bikes are in good condition, have reliable brakes. We provide all spare parts including puncture repair kits and our guide are trained with mechanic. We try to take quiet road, routes free of cars, where possible. If it is necessary to ride a bike on a busy road make sure to be careful to avoid accident and being hit by cars: go slowly, look carefully before turning or crossing roads and stick well into the pavement.

We are not responsible for any health care during the tour with us. Client who join the trip with us has to be well being and we recommend the client to purchase travel insurance before their departure dates. Travel insurance should include cover evacuation cost. We recommend good hospitals in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. We provide first aid kit in the support van and all our guides are trained with first aid.

In the dry season, there might be not enough water in Tonle Sap lake, ADVENTURE LOOP hold the rights to provide land transfer instead of boat. The boat we are using have life-jackets and toilet. The boat also stop half way in a floating village for a short break and restroom. Make sure you wear seat-belt while sitting in a car or van.

Discount & Child Policy
For our repeated customers, we will offer a discount of 5% when first return for tour with us and discount 10% when return for second and more tours with us.

Children above 12 years old are charged as adult price. Children between 8-11 years old will get 25% discount on the tour. Children below 7 years will get 50% discount but will share accommodation with their parents as possible.

Documentation
Make sure all travel documents have been prepared including passport (at least 6 months validity), passport size photos for the visas (please check our FAQs for more information) and flight tickets.   We cannot however be responsible for your documents not in order or mistakes by embassies, sudden changes to regulations, or actions of border officials that are beyond our control. We are able to advise on mandatory health requirements. Take all the necessary medication including malaria tablet, Tama Flue (bird flue tablet), sun cream, sunglasses, cycling gloves and cycling shorts etc.,

Tour Guide & Tour Leader Responsible
For any Adventure Trip we provide local tour guide for a group below 6 people; for group starts from 6 people and above, we provide one  outdoor Mechanic plus a Tour leader. Both tour guide and tour leader are the representatives of the company. Their responsibilities are to make sure the trip is run smoothly and our clients are well looked after in all aspect including the food, snacks, water and drinks, bike mechanic, accommodations. Any complaints about any aspect in the trip, should be broad to the guide's or tour leader's attention and with a copy of written notice to ADVENTURE LOOP Director. Our guide or tour leader and Outdoor Mechanic will act immediately to solve any problem occurs during the tour with our backup service within 24 hours from our management team. Sometimes, the guide or tour leader are also assigned to take any photos or films during the tour for ADVENTURE LOOP and our partner to do promotion or marketing purpose. As our clients joining the trip with us, you should allow us to do so without asking for any payment.
